外剥内扎注射加后位纵切横缝术治疗环状混合痔

摘　　要：为探讨外剥内扎注射加后位纵切横缝术治疗环状混合痔的临床疗效，回顾性分析150例环状混合痔患者分别行外剥内扎注射术（对照组75例）和外剥内扎注射加后位纵切横缝术（治疗组75例）的手术治疗效果。结果显示，随访6～12个月（平均8．6个月），对照组总有效率84．0％，创口愈合时间（23．7±4．6）d，术后Ⅱ、Ⅲ度疼痛68例，术后出血11例，术后水肿23例，肛门狭窄16例。复发14例；治疗组总有效率94．7％，创口愈合时间（16．9±3．2）d，术后Ⅱ、Ⅲ度疼痛64例，术后出血2例，术后水肿4例，复发4例。结果表明，外剥内扎注射加后位纵切横缝术治疗环状混合痔具有疗效确切、复发率低、术后并发症少、无肛门狭窄等优点。The aim of this study was to discuss the clinical effect of external dissection ＆ internal ligation, injection plus posterior vertical incision ＆ horizontal suture on circumferential mixed hemorrhoids. 150 patients with this diseases were subjected to two different procedures and divided into controlled group（ n = 75） ,who received alone external dissection ＆ internal ligation, injection, and treatment group（ n =75）, who received above combination therapy. Their data were analysed retrospectively. The follow-up of 6-12 monthes（averaged 8. 6 monthes） found following results： in controlled group total effective rate was 84.0% ,wound healing time was （23.7±4.6）days,postoperative Ⅱ, Ⅲ grade pain was in 68 cases,postop- erative bleeding in 11 cases,postoperative edema in 23 cases,anal stenosis in 16 cases,recurrence in 14 cases; while in treatment group above indexes was respectively 94.7 %, （16.9±3.2） days, 64 cases, 2 cases, 4 cases. Results show that above combination therapy has such advantages as certain effect, low recurrence rate, less postoperative complication, and no anal stenosis, etc.
