自拟熏洗散治疗嵌顿性混合痔105例疗效观察

摘　　要：为了提高中药治疗嵌顿性混合痔的疗效，采用自拟熏洗散外洗坐浴为主治疗嵌顿性混合痔105例，并与采用痔疾洗液外洗坐浴为主治疗嵌顿性混合痔30例比较。结果显示，经过5d治疗后自拟熏洗散治疗组105例中显效61例，有效38例，无效6例，总有效率94．3％；痔疾洗液对照组30例中显效7例，有效18例，无效5例，总有效率83．3％。两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结果表明．使用自拟熏洗散外洗治疗嵌顿性混合痔是一种简单有效的方法。In order to enhance the curative effect of traditional Chinese drug for incarcerated mixed hemor- rhoids author adopted self-designed powder for fuming-irrigation and sitz bath predominantly to treat incar- cerated mixed hemorrhoids of 105 cases,and compared the outcome of the 105 patients with that of other 30 patients,who received common irrigation for washing and sitz bath of hemorrhoids. As results,after a 5- day treatment in former group 61 cases gained excellent results, 38 cases had response, 6 cases had no effect,total effective rate was 94.3%;in latter group there were 7 cases, 18 cases,5 cases, 83.3%, respectively. The difference between both groups was significant（ P〈0.01）. Above results indicate that the self- designed powder is an effective therapy for incarcerated mixed hemorrhoids.
