摘 要:目的观察参麦注射液在低温条件下对血液流变学的影响。方法40只家兔随机分为四组,每组10只。实验组(A、B、C组)采用体表降温法将体温降至(25±1)℃,维持3h。其中,A组和B组分别静注参麦注射液2ml/kg和3ml/kg,C组以等容量生理盐水代替参麦注射液;对照组(D组)不降温,静注生理盐水作为对照。围降温期采动脉血2.5ml测定血液流变学,持续监测心电图、有创血压、鼻咽及直肠温度。结果鼻咽温度从36℃降至25℃后,A、B、C三组血液流变学指标均较降温前明显升高(P<0.05);A、B两组低温持续过程中血液流变学指标升高幅度低于C组(P<0.05)。结论参麦注射液可降低家兔因控制性低温引起的血液粘度的升高。Objective To study the effect of shenmai injection on hemorrheology in rabbits under hypothermia. Methods Forty rabbits were divided into 4 groups with 10 rabbits each. The hypothermia of (25±1)℃ lasted for 3 h was established in rabbits of groups of A, B and C, during which shenmai injection 2 ml/kg and 3 ml/kg were injected intrayenously in groups of A and B, respectively. The rabbits in group C and group D(without hypothermia) were given normal saline instead of shenmai as the controls. The mean arterial pressure(MAP)and T were monitored during the entire experiment. Arterial blood 2. 5 ml was taken for hemorrheology study. ECG, BP and body temperature were recorded as well. Results After nasal temperature decreased to the level of (25±1)℃, the hemorrheological criteria were all higher than those before(P〈0. 05). But the increase was significantly less in groups of A and B than that in group C(P〈0. 05). Conclusion Shenmai injection may reduce the increase of blood viscosity in rabbits under hypothermia.
