摘 要:在弱碱条件下,利用硫酸链霉素能抑制碱性品红和亚硫酸盐褪色反应的原理,联用顺序注射技术建立自动快测硫酸链霉素的新方法。通过计算机程序设计,优化顺序注射的各种参数及试剂的浓度,在最佳实验条件下,测得硫酸链霉素在(5.49×10^(-6)~4.12×10^(-5))mol/L范围内线性关系良好,检出限为3.77×10^(-6)mol/L,进样频率为52/h。该法适用于快测兽用硫酸链霉素的批量,回收率在98.3%~102.4%之间。A rapid and simple sequential injection spectrophotometric method for determination of streptomycin sulfate under weak base was described. The method was based on the principle of the inhibitory effect of streptomycin sulfate on the colour fading reaction of sulphite and fuchsin basic with SO3^2- in weak alkaline medium. Different sequential injection analysis (SIA) parameters including reagent concentrations have been optimized and used to obtain the analytical figures of merit by computer programming. Under the optimum experimental conditions, the linear range of the calibration curve for streptomycin sulfate was (5.49×10^-6 - 4. 12 ×10^-5 )mol/ L and the detection limit of 3.77 ×10^-6 mol/L was achieved with a sample throughout of 52/h. The method is suitalle for determining streptomycin sulfate in veterinary drug.
