摘 要:分析了双组分理想物系与多组分物系的精馏理论板数求算的3种方法,即逐板计算法、McCabe-Thiele图解法以及捷算法。以这2类物系的理论板数计算为实例,分别在这3种求算方法中应用Maple计算程序后发现,Mqple软件完全能满足精馏塔理论板数的求算要求。该软件既能使工程技术人员克服手工计算繁琐、工作量大、无法反复试算等缺点,又能有效地提高计算精度与准确性,对计算、设计精馏塔有较大的帮助。Three methods, including step-by-step precisely computing, McCabe-Thiele step-by-step construction, and Fenske-Underwood-Gilliland (FUG) shortcut method, were discussed for calculations of the number of ideal plates in fractionations of both binary ideal systems and multi-component mixtures. Problems in several given examples involving the calculations were solved in detail by application of the software of Maple. It was proven that the application could make engineers and researchers solve such problems effectively, avoid tedious and enormous calculation tasks, improve the precision and accuracy of the calculations, and find it more helpful in both computing and designing of fractionation columns as well.
