摘　　要：以三峡水库梯级调度专业气象服务系统为案例,介绍了大型梯级水库调度气象保障服务系统的系统结构和实施方案,三峡水库梯级调度专业气象服务系统是国内首套能够全面满足大型水利系统工程施工、防洪、航运、水库调度和电力生产需要的专业气象平台,该系统设计开发了8套6大流域面雨量预报模型,建立了基于大型数据库系统的数据采集、分析和发布模式,能够为开发和建设同类水电行业专业气象台提供实际经验和技术借鉴。Taking the professional meteorological support service system for Three Gorges Reservoir cascade operation as an example,the paper introduces the system structure and implementing scheme of the meteorological support service system which serves for large-scale cascade reservoir operation.The professional meteorological support service system for Three Gorges Reservoir cascade operation is the first domestic system which can meet meteorological demands of hydraulic project construction,flood control,shipping,reservoir operation,power generation.In the system,8 area rainfall forecasting models involving 6 large basins are developed to establish a mode of data acquisition,analysis and publishing based on large database system,which will give a reference to the developments of other similar meteorological support service systems for hydraulic and hydropower engineering.
