摘 要:利用自制的燃烧实验装置,研究了鞍钢高炉喷吹煤粉粒度对燃烧性能的影响。结果表明,煤粉的粒度对燃烧性具有较大的影响,粒度〈0.071mm的煤粉燃尽时间最短,但与0.071—0.100mm和0.100~0.200mm粒度级别之间的差别并不是很大;粒度〉0.200舢时,燃尽时间明显延长,0.200mm是明显的分界点。煤粉中粒度〈0.071mm的比例与燃尽时间并不完全符合线性关系,40%以下变化比较明显,60%~100%之间变化并不大。Effects of the grain size of pulverized coal injection in BF on combustion performance are studied by self-made experimental rig for combustion of pulverized coal. The experimental resuits show that the grain size of pulverized coal has a much effect on combustion performance. Bunting -out time is the shortest when the grain size of pulverized coal is less than 0. 071 mm, it has little distinction with that of the grain size with 0.071 -0. 100 mm and 0. 100 -0.200 mm. Burning-out time is prolonged when the grain size of pulverized coal is more than 0.200 mm. So the grain size of 0.200 mm is a critical value. The percentage of the pulverized coal with grain size less than 0. 071 mm is not completely in accord with the linear relation with the burning - out time. The change of the burning - out time is obvious when this part of pulverized coal accounts for less 40%, but it is not obvious when 60% -100%.
