摘  要:探究天然牛黄中胆红素的存在形式和真实含量。采用中国药典染甲法,显示:胆红素钠是天然牛黄中的挂甲成分。采用纸层析法,展示:天然牛黄中含有胆红素钠和胆红素钙,不含胆红素单体。采用张恒洲改进的总胆红素测定法,经10个批次的测定,揭示:天然牛黄中总胆红素含量比2005版中国药典法〔1〕平均高12.91%,胆红素钙平均含量为26.88%,胆红素钠平均含量为12.83%,两者比例约为2∶1。实验结果提示:2005版中国药典未能正确反应天然牛黄中胆红素的真实面貌。建议:在新的人造牛黄组方中应弃用胆红素单体,增添胆红素钙和胆红素钠,两者比例为2∶1。The true form and real content of bilirubin in natural bezoar were investigated in this study. The naildyeing method of Chinese Pharmacopoeia showed that the sodium bilirubinate is the real dyeing ingredient in natural bezoar. The paper chromatography resulte showed that the natural bezoar contains calcium bilirubinate and sodium bilirubinate, while no bilirubin monomer can be detected. The total bilirubin content in natural bezoar determind by Zhang's method was 12.91% higher than Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2005) method. The average levels of calcium bilirubinate were up to 26.88% and sodum bilirubinate was up to 12.83%. The ratio (calcium bilirubinate/sodium bilirubinate) is about 2 : 1. This indicates that the method for detecting total bilirubin level in natural bezoar by Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2005) is not exact, and it can not reflect accurately the real level of biliruhin in natural bezoar. According to these experimental results the author suggests that the bilirubin monomer should be removed, and calcim bilirubinate and sodium biliruhinate should be added as well as the ratio should be 2 : 1 in the new formula of artificial bezoar.
