摘 要:由于多药耐药结核病对于一线药物的耐药问题日益严重,作为二线抗结核药的紫霉素与卷曲霉素抗生素在临床越来越得到重视。文章综述了紫霉素与卷曲霉素的生物合成基因簇、生物合成途径、以及基于组合生物合成原理的结构改造工作,为进一步利用基因工程手段来对其进行结构改造提供理论依据。Viomycin and Capreomycin, the second line antituberculosis drugs, become more and more important because multidrug-resisitant tubereulosis(MDR-TB) is resistant to the first-line drugs. This review focused on the biosynthesis gene cluster and biosynthetic pathway of Viomycin and Capreomycin, and the reconstitution research is based on account of the combinatorial biosynthesis theory. These would provide the theoretical basis to reconstitute Viomycin and Capreomycin by genetic engineering. These new compounds could be the antibiotics with clinical perspective, and also it is possible for them to reduce the toxicity compared with Viomycin and Capreomycin.
