摘　　要：针对电力企业中灵活多变的数据交换需求,介绍了通用数据交换系统的设计思想、系统架构和实现方法。系统依托PI3000平台的基础框架,采用基于服务的3层架构,其他应用系统可以方便地使用该系统提供的服务进行数据交换。系统采用构件化思想,具有良好的可扩展性,支持不同类型数据和不同格式数据的交换,支持二次开发,能够满足复杂、特殊的数据交换需求。In view of the flexible and variable data exchange demand in power enterprises, the design idea, architecture and implementation of the general purpose data exchange system are discussed. Based on the infrastructure of the PI3000 platform, the general purpose data exchange system adopts a 3 tier service-oriented-architecture to facilitate use of the Web Services for data exchange by other application systems. The system adopts a component-based framework with good scalability to support different types and formats of data exchange and secondary development that meets the demand of complex and specific data exchange.
