摘　　要：中低收入家庭的住房问题日益成为人们关注的焦点。我国中低收入人口所占比重大,经济收入低,面对当前的房地产市场的发展状况,如何解决中低收入家庭的住房问题成为政府首要任务,影响着整个社会经济发展与和谐稳定。文章结合历史数据,对我国中低收入家庭住宅负担能力进行了定性和定量分析,分析其供需现状矛盾以及产生原因。With the rapid economic growth and urbanization, the demand of houses is increasing. China has a large population of middle-low income families. Facing the development of current real estate market, how to solve the housing problem of middle-low income families is becoming a major mission for the government, which effects the whole economic development and stabilization. Based on the historic statistics, the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the housing affordability for the middle-low income families were conducted. The conflict of supply and demand situation and the causes were analyzed. The policy suggestions were proposed.
