摘 要:研究了合成废水和垃圾渗滤液中氨氮对活性污泥微生物活性的抑制作用。当合成废水的氨氮浓度从50mg/L依次成倍递增至800mg/L时,脱氨酶活性由11.04μgTF/mgMLSS下降至4.22,此时COD的去除率相应由95.1%降低到79.1%。而当垃圾渗滤液中氨氮的起始浓度分别控制在50、100、200、400和800mg/L时,活性污泥微生物的脱氨酶活性分别为9.29、8.80、8.71、7.12和4.93μgTF/mgMLSS。所有这些结果表明,垃圾渗滤液中的高浓度氨氮对微生物具有抑制作用,在采用生物处理工艺处理垃圾渗滤液前必须首先将氨氮去除至50mg/L以下。A lab-scale study has been undertaken to investigate the inhibition of microbial activity by ammonianitrogen both in synthetic wastewater and landfill leachate. Experimental results showed that dehydrogenase activity of activated sludge decreased from 11. 04 to 4.22 ug TF/mg MLSS and COD removal declined from 95. 1 % to 79. 1 % respectively, when ammonia-nitrogen concentration in synthetic wastewater increased from 50 to 800 mg/L from diluted leachate in different bioreactors in parallel, the dehydrogenase activity were 9. 29, 8. 80, 8. 71,7- 12 and 4. 93 pg TF/mg MLSS respectively. All these results showed that high strength ammonia-nitrogen present in landfill leachate had severe inhibition effect to the microbe and ammonia-nitrogen should be removed andlimited down to 5O mg/L prior to any biological treatment.
