摘  要:针对长庆油田使用的F-1300型泥浆泵液力端阀座损坏严重(现场有60%提前破坏)、更换频繁等问题,探讨了液力端阀座的损坏机理,应用ANSYS软件对其进行了有限元分析,得到阀座在工作中的应力、应变分布情况,分析得出的最大应力位置和危险截面与现场失效情况相符,并提出了改进措施。Destroying causation of liquid-ending valve-seat of F-1300 pump was discussed, according to the question of badly destroyed and frequently replaced valve-seat in Changqing Oil Field (60 percent of valve-seats of F-1300 pump were destroyed in the oil field) and the valve seat with the FEM software ANSYS was analyzed. A survey has been made on the stress and strain distribution of the valve seat under pressure. The location of MAX stress and dangerous section was found where it accorded with local disabled instance. According to the stress and strain distribution of the valve seat, some ameliorated measures were put forward in the paper.
