摘  要:针对油田在用大庆130型钻机、兰石ZJ45J型钻机存在的后台联动机组并车功率不足、安装拆卸皮带复杂、运输成本高等问题,研制了整体运输大功率皮带并车传动装置。该装置采用皮带传动,将3台柴油机动力通过摘挂离合器分别输送给钻井绞车、泥浆泵和节能发电机等,合理地分配了动力机的动力,实现了设备的动力互补。其特点是将整个并车系统设计成一个运输单元,采用联组窄V带并车,安装调整简单,有较好的适应性,具有广阔的市场前景。Several problems existed in Rig 130 of Daqing and ZJ45J of LS: the deficit power of the linkage power units on rear floor, the complexity of disassembling the belts, the high cost of transportation. In order to solve all these problems, a superpower and integral transported compounding transmission was designed. This device complements power between equipments and properly allocates the power of power units by coupling on or off clutches which transmit power to drawworks, mud pumps and energy-saving generators etc. It owns such features: designed integral-transportation-unit in one, applied the joined V-belt type compound box, easy adjustments and instillations, good adaptability, extensive marketing prospects.
