摘　　要：现场大量的管柱喷提施工现象是造成修井施工环境污染的重要原因之一。针对喷提管柱的施工特点,研制了密闭式喷提防污器专用喷提工具。通过在多口井的现场试验表明,该工具具有结构简单、加工成本较低、安装方便、实用性强的特点,符合环保对施工现场的要求。推广应用后获得了明显的经济和社会效益。During workover operations in oil field, as a result of sand blocking, broken sucker rods, tool failure and other reasons, there was presently the ubiquity of lifting the splashing tubing, which was one of the important causes of workover operations environmental pollution, and could not be effectively resolved over the years. According to operations characteristics of lifting the splashing tubing, a closed style Anti pollution device of lifting the splashing tubing was developed, which was successfully field-tested in many wells. The tool has many characteristics of a simple structure, lower proeessing costs, easy installation and strong practicality, which has yielded remarkable economic and social benefits by popularization and application.
