摘　　要：介绍了Interbus总线在码头洒水除尘控制系统中的应用。控制方案要求在泵房和中控室都可以操作控制,同时就地和MCC柜可以手动操作。由于工程现场特点是通讯距离远、IO点数量多而且分布分散,如果采用传统DCS系统是很难实现的,而采用总线系统则可以大大节约成本,降低了设计和施工难度。This paper focuses on the Interbus applying in the context of control system engineering of watering and removing dust in dock.To reach the control program requirement,the system of control should work well in both pump room and central control room.Moreover,such system should be controlled under the manual operation environment with MCC panel. The features of this project,which are long-distance communication and lots of dispersed I/O points,cause that it is difficult to operate the project under traditional DCS system.On the other side,using Interbus system could save cost,clear up the difficulties of design and construction.
