摘　　要：以有毒物质河流泄漏行为为例进行模拟分析，尝试性地提出一种计算河流有毒物质断面超标风险率的数学模拟分析方法，并探讨了在一定条件下，即为确保饮用水质的安全，把超标风险率控制在一定范围内（＜５％），应采取的措施。In this paper,a method for calculating the risk of exceeding criterion(REC) was provided by means of mathematical modeling analysis for toxicant accident leakage resulting in pollution of river.The problem about how to take measures to control REC within a certain limit (5%) to ensure safety of the potable water quality under a certain condition was explored by a modeling analysis on an example.
