摘　　要：介绍了模块化设计的2 000 A超大电流全固态调制器组件的方案,重点介绍了绝缘栅双极晶体管、感应变压器、储能电容和触发方式的选择以及组件的电路形式,给出了组件的结构和绝缘栅双极晶体管、感应变压器的输出仿真波形。文中采用仿真和实验调试相结合的方法,解决了模块化设计、大电流设计、触发同步、储能元件和驱动保护等关键技术。最后给出了组件的输出波形、模拟负载打火的电流波形和采用相同的4个及40个组件串联实验结果。The concept of a 2 000 A high current all - solid state pulse modulator module is presented in this paper, and its IGBTs, core, storage capacitance, trigger mode choosing and circuits are described in detail. The module structure and simulated wave form of IGBTs and core are provided. Combining the simulation technology and testing, the key technology in the modules design, i. e. high current design, synchronization, storage component, driving and protection, output waveforms of the modules , the current waveforms of the simulated shorted load are described, test results of 4-stacks, 8-stacks, and 20-stacks modulator are provided.
