摘　　要：本文结合创建和谐医院的工作实际,提出构建和谐医院必须紧紧抓住发展主题,围绕"以人为本"这个中心。把科学发展作为构建和谐医院的核心,把关系协调作为构建和谐医院的基础,把机制创新作为构建和谐医院的保证,把满意服务作为构建和谐医院的目的,实现医院良好发展。Combining with the practice on harmonious hospital construction, the author put forward that development had to be the topical subject of harmonious hospital construction, and the idea of human - oriented be center. At the same time, the hospital manager should take scientific development view as the core, relationship coordinating as the basis, innovation of mechanism as the guarantee, satisfied service as the aim, to achieve the sound and fast development of the hospital.
