摘　　要：以军队后勤保障改革发展的总要求为目标,以军队后勤前期改革取得的成效和经验为参考,就军队医疗保障模式几种改革发展方向:"缩中间,保两端"、"缩编制,保架子"、"托管制,全民化"分别进行探讨,以期真正、尽快达到"军民兼容,平战结合"的要求。Referring to the experience of the earlier army logistics service reform, guided by the aim to satisfy the army logistics reform＇s general requirements, three viewpoints about the reform of army medical service safeguard pattern were proposed： First, strengthen high -end medical service and basic unit medical service in the meanwhile reduce the investment in intermediate section; Second, cut unnecessary staff but reserve the existent human affairs organizational structure; Third,solve the problem by invisible hand. In summary, the expectation is to satisfy the army and populace＇s request in wartime and peacetime.
