摘　　要：对南京市创业创新人才开发存在的问题进行深入分析的基础上,针对性地提出解决问题的对策,旨在推进南京人才工作体制机制的创新,为培养和造就一批创业创新型人才特别是高层次领军拔尖人才做出积极的探索。The paper points out the problems of talents development of innovation and entrepreneurship in Nanjing,sets forth solutions and probes into measures, promotes the work of Nanjing innovative institutional mechanisms,cultivates a large number of entrepreneurial and innovative talents,especially makes positive explore in cultivating top-notch talents to get high-level leaders.
