摘　　要：采用建筑能耗计算软件e-QUEST,对上海地区一既有公共建筑进行了动态模拟和能耗计算,分析了4种节能改造设计方案的节能效果,并进行了经济分析,筛选出了较好的节能改造设计方案。The software of e-QUEST was used to simulate the energy consumption of a local public building of Shanghai area, and the energy-saving effects of the various energy-saving projects were analyzed. The economic analysis of the envelope energy-saving design was given to determine the best envelope energy-saving design.
