摘　　要：通过对成都市20栋办公建筑的能耗审计,分析了办公类建筑能耗状况,讨论了既有建筑能源管理状况和水平,给出了建筑能耗状况和节能潜力。Through the energy audit of government office buildings in Chengdu city, the energy situation of office buildings was analyzed. The energy management for existing buildings was discussed. Also the energy consumption condition and energy conservation potential was proposed.
