摘　　要：从国内外建筑节能趋势及发展现状入手,选择某个具有代表性的公共建筑——学校为调查研究的对象,实际调查审计了该院校在运行中的建筑能耗情况;根据调查审计结果,分析院校建筑能耗构成和特点及高能耗产生的原因,并根据该院校自身特点,结合综合节能的思想,从节能改造内容、流程、成本控制等方面提出具体有效的节能措施,达到节能的目的,并给同类大型建筑节能问题提供理论方法和手段。The domestic and foreign construction energy conservation tendency and the present development situation are analyzed,school is representative public building, take it as the investigating and studying object, and the construction energy, consumption situation is thoroughly investigated and audited. According to the investigation of the audit, the school energy consumption constitution, the characteristic and the reason on the high energy consumption are analyzed, and according to this school owning characteristic, in accordance with the thought of synthesis energy conservation, the effective energy conservation measures from the aspects of energy conservation and transformation on content, flow and cost control are proposed, and the theory methods are provided far the similar large-scale buildings, and the purpose of the energy conservation will be achieved.
