大学生网络成瘾流行病学分析

摘　　要：目的探讨大学生网络成瘾者个性特征、生活事件及应付方式。方法对25例大学生网络成瘾者(研究组)和25例健康大学生(对照组)分别完成艾森克个性问卷(EPQ)、生活事件和简易应对方式量表评定。结果EPQ测定中,研究组N分明显高于对照组(P<0.01),E分明显低于对照组(P<0.01);研究组生活事件多于对照组,尤其是负性生活事件明显高于对照组,同时积极应付的强度明显低于对照组(P<0.01),而消极应付强度明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论大学生网络成瘾者普遍存在个性和应付技能缺陷,应激事件较多,在进行心理社会干预时,应注重帮助他们学会应激时解决问题和掌握积极应对技能,改善消极态度的不良适应行为。Objective To explore the personality characteritics,life events and coping style of university student Internet addicts. Methods Assessments were conducted with the Eysenck Personality Questionnaire （ EPQ）, Life Events Scale （LES） and Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire （SCSQ） in 25 university students with Internet addicts （ research group） and 25 healthy ones （ control group）. Results According to EPQ mensuration, N score was significantly higher （P 〈 0. 01 ） and E lower （P 〈 0. 01 ） in the research than that in the control group; life events, especially negative life events were more ,intensity of active coping significantly lower （P 〈 0. 01 ） and that of inactive coping higher （P 〈 0. 01 ） in the research than that in the control group. Conclusion University students with Internet addicts generally have personality and coping skill defects and more stressful events, so attention should be paid to help them master the skills of problem solving and active coping and improve the maladjustment behaviors of inactive attitude when stress at the same time of psychosocial intervention.
