关节镜下治疗臀肌挛缩症的应用体会

摘　　要：目的探讨关节镜下治疗臀肌挛缩症的疗效。方法自2002年6月开始我院采用关节镜下治疗臀肌挛缩症15例患者29侧病变。术前进行临床分型以判断挛缩组织范围;手术在组织腔室内操作,对挛缩组织行逐层切割松解;术后尽早行功能锻炼。结果所有病人均获得了随访6～32个月,优良率100%。术后无伤口血肿、感染、神经损伤等合并症。结论关节镜技术应用对软组织松解治疗臀肌挛缩症,是一种安全、有效、美观、经济的手术方法。Objective To discuss the treatment of the gluteal muscle contracture with arthroscopy. Methods 15 patients（29 hips） of the gluteal muscle contracture were treated under the arthroscopy in our hospital from June 2002. Clinical classifications were done before operation in order to help to judge the range of the contraetured tissue ; All cases were done operation for the soft tissue release by cutting them layer by layer in the soft tissue cave under the arthroscopy;Function exercise started after operation as soon as possible. Results All the cases were followed up from 6432 months with the effective rate being 100%. There were no complications such as hematoma,infection nor nerve injure after operations. Conclusion Arthroscopic release of contractured tissue is a safe,effective and beautiful, cosmetic way to treat the gluteal muscle contracture.
