摘　　要：在S-粗集的基础上,提出IS-粗集(improper singular rough sets)的概念,给出单向IS-粗集的数学结构,并讨论了单向IS-粗集的近似精度及相对精度.Based on the theory of singular rough sets, this paper put forward concepts of improper singular rough sets and the mathematics structures of one direction improper singular rough sets, and discussed the approximate precision and relative precision of one direction improper singular rough sets.
