摘  要:目的找出甘肃黄芩中抑制白色念珠菌的有效活性成分。方法将甘肃黄芩洗净、烘干、粉碎成(80目)粉,提取其中黄芩苷、黄芩苷元,制成粉末,黄芩苷盐由黄芩苷与NaOH反应生成。收集临床分离深部感染真菌白色念珠菌3株,接种于90 mm沙保弱平板,在无菌条件下,用6 mm的打孔器在平板上打孔,每孔填充黄芩苷、黄芩苷元、黄芩苷盐药粉43.4 mg,在药粉中滴加无菌蒸馏水2~3滴,35℃培养24~48 h,观察抑菌环大小。结果黄芩苷元、黄芩苷盐药粉对3株白色念珠菌抑菌环直径分别为(18.7±2.9)mm、(12.8±1.5)mm,黄芩苷药粉抑菌环直径为0。结论甘肃黄芩中抑制白色念珠菌的有效活性成分是黄芩苷元,黄芩苷与NaOH反应产物黄芩苷盐亦有效,黄芩苷无效。Objective To find out the effective active component on Candida albicans in Radix Scutellariae of Gansu. Methods Radix Scutellariae of Gansu was cleaned, toasted and crushed into power. Baicalin and baicalein were extracted and made into power. Baicalin salt was made from chemical reaction of baicalin and sodium hydroxide. There isolates of Candida albicans from deep fungal infection focus were inoculated in 90 mm Sabouraud plate. On germ free condition, the drilling instrument of 6 mm diameter was used to drill in the Sabouraud plate, and then baicalin, baicalein or baicalin salt power filled the corresponding wells(each well 43.4 mg). Two or three drops of distilled water were added into each well. Bacterial culture was conducted under 35 ℃ ,for 24 to 48 hours. Then the bacteriostatic rings were observed. Results The diameter of the bacteriostatic rings was as follows:baicalein[ (18.7 ±2.9)mm];baicalin salt[ (12. 8±1.5)mm];baicalin(0). Conclusion Baicalein is proved to be the effective active component in Radix Scutellaria of Gansu on Candida albicans, baicalin salt is also effee tire,but baicalin has no inhibitory effect of Candida albicans.
