摘 要:在生产性连栋温室的结构设计中,稳定性分析是设计的关键,中国目前主要采用工业与民用建筑中传统的钢结构稳定性设计理论进行结构分析,既不能真实反映出温室这种薄壁小截面结构的真实力学反应特征,也增加了温室用钢量。该文利用当前钢结构稳定设计的最新理论研究和实践成果,在详细分析传统的计算长度系数法和修正计算长度系数法利弊的基础上,针对生产性连栋温室钢结构所具有的等高、有侧移失稳时具有整体失稳的特性,通过理论分析和大量的有限元计算比较,提出了一种能够考虑柱与柱相互作用的修正计算长度系数法和层稳定系数法。在当前温室中柱和边柱普遍采用不同截面的情况下,利用该文的方法对温室钢结构框架进行设计,可以取得较好的技术和经济效果。Stability analysis is the key step in gutter-connected greenhouse structure design.The traditional theories of stability analysis of steel structure of civil engineering are used in agricultural greenhouse structure design in China at present.The theories being used can not reflect the real mechanical reaction characteristics of the greenhouse structure in which the small thin-walled section was used.The steel consumption is increased meanwhile.The latest theoretical research and practical achievements were utilized, and the traditional length coefficient method and revised length coefficient method were analyzed in detail. Based on that all types of greenhouses are of equal height, and the lateral buckling of frames has overall nature, this paper proposed the new methods for checking the stability of greenhouse steel frame, revised effective length coefficient method and storey-based stability coefficient method which considered the inter-action between columns during overall buckling with the help of theoretical analyses and comparisons of a large amount of finite element calculations. On the condition that side post and mid-post of most greenhouses use different sections at present the proposed methods can get better technical and economical effects in the design of greenhouse steel structure frame.
