中国生物能源利用的思考

摘　　要：在国际能源价格大幅度涨、跌的情况下,国内在如何对待生物能源的利用上出现了截然不同的态度,知识界的分歧更多,影响了国家和企业对生物能源研究的投资方向和信心,也出现了不少盲目性投资。该文在统一生物能源基本概念和计算方法的基础上,对中国生物资源的有限性,时效性,生物能源研究的阶段性,经济性等问题阐述了作者的观点,提出了正确对待生物能源的基本思路,对统一认识,合理布局,推进生物能源发展有重要参考价值。There are many argument about the energy questions in china with the situation of international energy price rise and fall,these absolutely oppositional standpoints about how to use the bio-energy had influenced the confidence and the direction of government and enterprise to bio-energy scientific research and investment,the argument were very acute at intelligentsia,there many blindness investment had be done.The writer s standpoints about the quantity limit and time limit of bio-energy resource,and the stage of bio-energy scientific research and its economic effect were be expounded on the basis of unifying the general bio-energy concept and the calculation method. The general perspective and thinking about the bio-energy utilization were be presented which had an important reference value to push the bio-energy development by unify the viewpoint and overall arrangement in china.
