摘 要:为进一步了解镍氢动力电池的充放电的特性,从而评价其在电动车辆上的使用性能,对高功率型镍氢动力电池进行了充放电试验测试.基于实验结果,对镍氢动力电池的工作电压、工作电压下降速率和温升等工作特性进行了研究和分析.同时结合混合动力车辆工况情况,特别对高功率型镍氢动力电池的大电流充电和放电性能进行实验和分析.分析认为:高功率型镍氢动力电池能够比较好地满足混合电动车辆的使用特性,适合混合动力车辆用电机辅助动力的电源要求.但是对于镍氢动力电池的温升问题,尤其是在大电流(6C)放电的情况下,电池温升较快,应该对电池进行比较良好的温度管理,才能更好地利用镍氢电池的特点.To get more knowledge of the charging and discharging characteristics of Ni-MH battery and evaluate its application on electric vehicles (EV), experiments on charging and discharging of high power Ni-MH battery were performed. The charging and discharging characteristics of Ni-MH battery were analyzed with their corresponding curves based on the experimental results. And the characteristics of large current of charging and discharging of Ni-MH battery were analyzed. It is concluded that high power Ni-MH battery can satisfy the demand of hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) , but the battery' s temperature rise in the large current discharging process still needs to be taken into account, and the temperature management system should be designed specially for Ni-MH battery.
