摘 要:以开花鹅毛竹为试验材料,研究了镧稀土对开花鹅毛竹离体叶片衰老的影响。结果表明:1~10mg·L-1镧稀土预处理可不同程度地抑制鹅毛竹离体叶片衰老过程中蛋白质和叶绿素质量分数的明显下降,以5mg·L-1镧处理效果最佳;离体叶片在衰老过程中超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶活性、PSⅡ最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)、PSII潜在活性(Fv/Fo)和最大荧光(Fm)逐渐下降,而暗适应下最小荧光(Fo)逐渐上升,经5mg·L-1镧预处理后,上述指标变化均受到明显抑制。说明适当质量浓度的镧稀土预处理能有效延缓鹅毛竹离体叶片的衰老进程,缓解作用与其增强叶片活性氧清除能力、稳定光合器官的结构和功能有关。An experiment was conducted to study the effects of rare earth element lanthanum on the senescence process of isolated leaves of flowering Shibataea chinensis Nakai. Results showed that the decreases in contents of chlorophyll and protein were significantly restrained when the isolated leaves were pretreated with 1 -10 mg/L lanthanum solution, especially with 5 mg/L lanthanum solution. Activities of SOD and POD, maximum fluorescence of dark adaptation ( Fm ), PSII maximal photochemical efficiency (Fv/Fm ), and PSII potential activity (Fv/Fo ) decreased gradually in the senescence process of isolated leaves, but the minimum fluorescence of dark adaptation (Fo) increased. However, after the isolated leaves were pretreated with 5 mg/L lanthanum solution, the changes of the above physiological parameters were inhibited significantly. It proved that proper concentration of lanthanum solution could efficiently restrain the senescence process of isolated leaves of S. chinensis. The restraining effects are related to the enhanced abilities to clear active oxygen and stabilize structure and function of photosynthetic organs.
