摘 要:采用AMESim这一模块化的建模平台,围绕柱塞泵对液压控制系统进行了建模。通过仿真试验分析了波动负载发生装置主要参数对制动管路波动效应的影响。仿真数据与实物装置实验数据的对比,说明该仿真模型能有效地模拟波动负载发生装置的液压响应特性,仿真试验得到的结果可用于波动负载发生装置关键参数的选择。The device producing fluetuant load for automobile brake line is a new system to investigate the brake performance. Several hydraulic models for piston pump, based on AMESim simulation platform, were established in order to study the fluctuation effect caused by the system parameters. The fluctuation effect caused by the system parameters in brake line was analysed by simulation experiment. Moreover, the simulation results, which were compared with the actual data, indicate that the pressure property of hydraulic system could be well simtdated, and the simulation results could be used for the selection of key device parameters.
