摘  要:目的:探讨高压氧对小鼠T淋巴细胞表面粘附分子表达的影响。方法:皮肤移植,供鼠BALB/C小鼠,受鼠C57BL/6小鼠,高压氧及高压氧和雷公藤多甙联合应用组小鼠每天用99.2%氧,0.25MPa作用1.5小时,联合应用组每天给雷公藤多甙20mg/kg灌胃,对照组小鼠不做任何处理,移植后14天取脾,分离淋巴细胞,用流式细胞仪法分别检测CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+CD11a+、CD4+CD18+、CD8+CD11a+、CD8+CD18+表达情况。结果:各测试指标高压氧组,联合应用组均低于对照组,高压氧组低于联合应用组。结论:高压氧抑制T淋巴细胞表面粘附分子的表达,影响T淋巴细胞的活化与增殖。Objective:The paper was to study the effect of hyperbaric oxygen(HBO) on expression of adhesion molecules of T lymphocyte.Methods:The donor mice BALB/C and receptor mice C 57 BL/6 were tested for skin transplantation.These mice were randomly divided into HBO group,HBO plus Glycosides Tripterygium Wilfordii hook(GTW) group and control group.The experinmental mice were treated with 99.2% oxygen under 0.25MPa for 1.5hrs or oral GTW(20mg/kg).The control group was without any treatment.After14 days,the spleens were extracted for separating lymphocytes, the conditions of expression of CD 3 +、CD 4 +、CD 8 +、CD 4 +CD 11a +、CD 4 +CD 18 +、CD 8 +CD 11a +、CD 8 +CD 18 + were detected with flow cytometry. Results:All indexes of HBO group,HBO plus GTW group are lower than those of control group.And all indexes of HBO group are the lowest.Conclusion:HBO has inhibiting effect on expression of adhesion molecules of T lymphocyte,affecting activation and multiplication of T-lymphocyte,and inhibiting immune rejection.
