摘　　要：分析了长输管道受第三方破坏的原因和危害,确定了管道受第三方破坏的风险因素,制定了适用于管道受第三方破坏风险评价的管道分段原则。运用黄金分割法确定了管道第三方破坏风险因素的权重,给出了管道受第三方破坏风险值的计算方法。举例说明了黄金分割法用于管道第三方破坏风险评价的过程,体现了其简便性和实用性的特点。Causes and hazards on the pipeline damaged by third party are analyzed,risk factors of this damage to pipelines are determined and pipeline sectioning principle suitable for assessment on third party damage of pipeline is developed.The paper decides weights of risk factors for third party damage to pipeline based on golden section principle and gives calculation method for risk factors of third party damage to pipeline.Risk assessment process with golden section principle for third party damage lo pipeline is describes with an example,which is simple and practical.
