摘 要:为了探索在较高温度环境中,以水稻成熟胚为外植体进行组织培养,是否能够提高水稻再生效率,本试验以"超2-10"和"中花11"两种粳型水稻为材料,设置了26℃和36℃温度环境,对两种水稻成熟胚进行愈伤组织诱导和继代培养,并完成整个再生过程。结果表明,36℃温度环境不会影响"超2-10"和"中花11"水稻成熟胚愈伤组织的诱导;尽管两种水稻在36℃环境生长的愈伤组织在继代培养中重量增幅低于26℃的愈伤组织,而且36℃环境培养的愈伤组织分化率也低于26℃的愈伤组织,但是,36℃诱导和继代培养的"超2-10"和"中花11"两种水稻愈伤组织再生率都高于26℃环境培养的愈伤组织,两种水稻的再生率分别提高105.15%和57.28%。In order to probe whether regeneration rate of rice mature embryos as explants cultured in higher temperature environment could be increased,two kinds of japonica rice cuhivars "Chao 2 -10" and "Zhonghua 11" were used as test materials and their callus induction and subculture were carried out respectively at 26 ℃ and 36 ℃ till the regeneration process was completed. The results showed that higher temperature didnt affect calluses inductivities of the two cuhivars, Even though the weight amplitude during subculture progress and differentiation rates of the calluses cultured at 36℃ were lower than those of the calluses cultured at 26 ℃, regeneration rates of the calluses cultured at 36 ℃ were much higher than those of the calluses cultured at 26 ℃ ,increasing 105.15% ("Cbao2 - 10" rice) and 57.28% ("Zbonghua 11" rice) over the calluses cultured at 26 % respectively.
