髌骨骨折张力带内固定手术改进及诸因素分析

摘　　要：针对目前张力带内固定治疗髌骨骨折术中存在的不足，作者在针尾处理，钢丝环扎方式，克氏针打入位置，改善血供等方面再改进，通过５１例临床应用，收到满意的临床效果。随访１－３年，优良率９８％。文中就手术适应证选择，手术改进的力学特点等进行了讨论。In view of existing deficiency of treating patellar fracture with tension-band wire internalfixation, 51 cases were treated with modified methods. The modified methods included many aspects: Kirschner's needle and managing, wire circular ligating, Kirschner's needle position, blood supply promoting and so on. The improvement made the thera-py better in conformity with the principle of biomechanics. The clinical effect was satisfactory. With 1-3 years followed-up, its excellent and good rate was 98%. At last, the operation indication and biomechanics of modified methods were discussed in the thesis.
