腰椎间盘突出症再手术12例原因分析和预防探讨

摘　　要：报告3年中再手术腰椎间盘突出症12例,作者分析再手术原因,有髓核残留、复发突出、CT误导、新发突出、神经根粘连、定位错误和发病节段遗漏,对此提出预防措施。对腰椎间盘突出症的复发和新发概念进行探讨。During three years since July, 1994, 12 cases operated on by diagnosis of protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc (PLID) , were re-operated upon because of failure of relieving their sufferings or tardy recurrence of symptoms. The actual causes found in re-operation were: leaving the partial of disc nuclear, recurrence of disc protrusion of previous space, missed disc herniation by the result of CT scaning in short period postoperation, failing in work on correct space in diskectomy, new attack protrosion of LID in other space, adhesion with the spinal nerve root and omitted protrusion on another discs. The causes of these mishaps and concept of the recurrent and new attack protrusion of LID were discussed and some preventive measures have been suggested.
