摘　　要：分析了挤出机机头及机口模具对高孔洞率烧结保温砌块挤出成型的影响,阐述了机头及机口模具的设计、制作方法以及应注意的问题,此外还对挤出机口模具进行了三维建模。This paper analyzes the influence of pressure head and die mold on shape of fired insulating block with high hole density. And describes the design and manufacture methods of pressure head and die mold, the attentions, and 3D modeling for of die mold.
