摘 要:为了更有效解决朱庄煤矿Ⅲ4414综采工作面瓦斯长期超限问题,提出了在该工作面采用包括在采空区上隅角埋管抽放与顶板走向高位钻孔抽放相结合的方法进行瓦斯抽放。通过对采空区抽放埋管位置以及采空区裂隙带的高度分布范围进行分析,确立了最佳抽放埋管位置和终孔位置。瓦斯抽放结果表明:该技术有效地降低了Ⅲ4414综采工作面的瓦斯涌出量,解决了该工作面上隅角瓦斯长期超限问题,使工作面在生产高峰时,上隅角瓦斯体积分数始终控制在0.4%左右,确保了工作面的安全回采。In order to effectively solve the problem of gas content over the limits in Ⅲ 4414 fully mechanized coal mining face of Zhuzhuang Mine, the paper provided the combined gas drainage method with the tubing buried in the top corner of the goal and the high level borehole drainage along the roof strike of the coal mining face for gas drainage. With the analysis of the drainage tubing buried location and the height distribution range in the cracking zone in the goal, the optimized drainage tubing buried location and the borehole terminal location were settled. The gas drainage results showed that this technology could be efficiently to reduce the gas emission from the Ⅲ4414 fully mechanized coal mining face and to solve the long term gas content over the limits in the top comer of the coal mining face. During the production peat of the coal mining face, the gas volume fraction of the top comer could always be kept around 0. 4% and the safety mining of the coal mining face could be ensured.
