摘  要:大锻件由钢锭直接锻造成形,内部不可避免存在孔洞、裂纹等缺陷,严重影响锻件的质量,需通过合理的锻造工艺来改善或消除这些缺陷。磨辊轴锻件的拔长需要多工步锻造,每一工步之间相互影响,如果参数控制不当,缺陷就无法被改善。运用有限元软件DEFORM-3D对平砧拔长时磨辊轴内部孔洞的闭合过程进行了数值模拟,研究了不同的工艺参数对锻件内部孔洞闭合效果的影响,得到了较佳的砧宽比、压下率,为实际生产提供理论依据。Large forgings are forged from steel ingots directly, so voids and cracks are exist inevitably. Because they affect the quality of forgings seriously, the reasonable forging technology is applied in order to eliminate them. The stretching process for grinding roller shaft needs several processes, and they affect each other. The defect will be not eliminated if it applies irrational process parameters. Numerical simulation of voids crushing in stretching process using DEFORM-3D for grinding roller shaft is researched. After studying the effect of voids crushing using different process parameters, the preferable anvil width ratio and press ratio are chosen, which provides theoretical basis for the actual production.
