摘　　要：提出了一种基于SOPC系统的TFT触摸屏显示系统设计思路,介绍了对该触摸屏进行控制的硬件电路以及软件编写流程,给出了系统硬件构成与软件设计的主要程序。在软件设计完成并调试成功后,在QuartusⅡ环境中将整个项目进行编译并最终下载到EPCS4芯片中,系统显示结果清晰、稳定,达到了设计的要求。An idea of TFT touch-screen display system design based on SOPC was presented. The hardware interface and the flowchart of software with relevant programs were introduced, the main procedure that the system hardware constitutes to design with software was given. After the design and debugging of the software were completed, the entire project was compiled in Quartus Ⅱ environment and was downloaded in EPCS4 chip. The display result of the system was clear and stable,the design requirements was achieved entirely.
