摘 要:针对小尺寸TFT-LCD驱动控制芯片的结构特点,提出了一种适用于小尺寸TFT-LCD的新型图像锐化算法。在传统的反锐化掩膜算法中考虑了人眼的视觉系统特性,加入了能量色散滤波器,进而提高了图像锐化效果,降低了锐化噪声,减小了灰度溢出,同时也避免了色彩失真现象。所提出的算法简单且易于硬件实现,硬件开销小,还可以通过寄存器配置锐化强度等参数,以实现显示画质的优化和微调,尤其适应于手机等小尺寸TFT-LCD显示终端应用。An image sharpening algorithm for small size TFT-LCD was proposed based on the architecture character of one-chip TFT-LCD driver IC. The proposed algorithm uses a novel unsharp masking algorithm. By considering the characteristics of the human visual system and adding the energy dispersion filter, the proposed algorithm improves the sharpen result by reducing the noise and overshoot artifacts and avoiding the color distortion. The proposed algorithm is easy to be implemented and has a very low hardware cost, furthermore, the quality of image can be optimized by adjusting registers' values. The proposed algorithm especially suits for small size TFT-LCD devices, such as cell phone, etc.
