摘　　要：应用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定了人发、指（趾）甲样品中７种元素含量获得较满意的结果。The contents of trace elements Fe,Co,Ni,Mn,Cu,Zn and Cd in human hair and nails have been determined by FAAS Their medians were in accordance with the value in literature for human hair and nails at home and abroad Excretion of Fe,Ni,Mn in human hair is less than in nails;excretion of Co and Cd in human hair is more than in fingernail,but less than in toenail The digestion in a pressure digestion bomb and the method of FAAS are simple,rapid and precise
