摘　　要：目的探讨ER、CyclinD1蛋白在青春期乳房肥大症乳腺组织中的表达及意义。方法应用Western-blot法检测15例青春期乳房肥大症（实验组）、15例正常乳腺（对照组B）及10例原发性小乳症（对照组A）乳腺组织中ER、CyclinD1蛋白的表达情况。结果ER、CyclinD1蛋白在实验组乳腺组织中的表达与对照组A乳腺组织中的表达比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01），ER、CyclinD1蛋白在实验组乳腺组织中的表达与对照组B组织中的表达比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01），ER、CyclinD1蛋白在对照组B组织中的表达与对照组A乳腺组织中的表达比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论ER、CyclinD1蛋白在实验组乳腺组织中的表达明显高于对照组B和对照组A乳腺组织中的表达乳房肥大症的发生可能与乳腺组织中ER、CyclinD1蛋白表达有关。Objective To investigate the expression of the ER, CyclinD1 in breast tissue of pubertal mammary hypertrophy and explore the possible etiology of pubertal mammary hypertrophy. Methods The expres- sion of ER, CyclinD1 was detected by Western-blot in 15 cases of pubertal mammary hypertrophy, 15 normal breast tissue and 10 cases of mieromastia. Results There was significant difference of the expression of ER, CyelinD1 within breast tissue between pubertal mammary hypertrophy and micromastia（P 〈 0. 01 ）. There was signif- icant difference of the expression of ER, CyciinD1 within breast tissue in puberlal mammary hypertrophy and in normal breast tissue（P 〈 0. 01 ）. There was no difference between the expression of ER, CyclinDl within breast tissue in micromastia and in nominal breast tissue（P 〉0. 05）. Conclusions The expression of ER, CyelinD1 in pubertal mammary hypertrophy are significantly higher than in micromastia and normal breast tissue. The pubertal mammary hypertrophy may be related to the expression status of ER, CyclinD1 within breast tissue.
