摘　　要：用高效液相色谱 (HPLC)及薄层色谱 (TLCS)法测定了何首乌药材及其制剂“聪圣胶囊”中的 2 ,3 ,5 ,4’-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D 葡萄糖甙。两种方法回收率均在 96%以上 ,测定结果基本一致。HPLC and TLCS were used for the quantitative determination of 2,3,5,4' tetrahydroxy stilbene 2 O β D glucoside (TSG) in Polygonum multiflorum and its preparation -- Congsheng Capsules. The recovery rates of these two methods were both more than 96%, and the determination results were basically consistent with each other.
