摘　　要：针对目前高职院校采用传统预约方式进行实训基地管理,存在效率低、数据易丢失、浪费资源等问题,采用成熟的三层体系结构,在.NET平台上实现了开放式实训基地的一体化管理。介绍了该系统的结构、功能和关键技术,并进行了实现。最后重点讨论了预约仲裁算法,有效避免了学生抢先预约造成网络堵塞的问题。Aiming at the tradition way of vocational college supervised practice basement, which exist the defect of low efficiency, easily data losing and wasting resource. This paper exploit a manage system which used three mature layer structure, which can realize integral management of openning practice basement based on. NET platform. Further more, it introduced and realizd the system＇s structure, function and key technique. AI last, it lay emphysis on the arbitrate algorithm,which can avoided the network plug problem caused by student＇s first appointment.
