摘　　要：心脏病患者常有收缩功能不全，然而现代的观点认为舒张功能异常在心力衰竭的症状和体征方面起到主要的作用，因而了解和识别心脏的舒张期充盈异常对诊断、治疗和预后有重要意义。超声心动图是目前评价心脏舒张功能和左室充盈压力的主要方法。此文主要综述心室舒张功能的生理、病理和舒张功能异常的评估、诊断与治疗进展。Patients with heart disease frequently have abnormalities of systolic function. However, it is now well recognized that abnormalities of diastolic function play a major role in producing the signs and symptoms of heart failure. It is important to understand and recognise diastolic dysfunction of the heart for proper diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment. Echocardiography has become the primary tool for assessment of diastolic function and left ventricular filling pressures. The purpose of this review is to summarize the advances of physiology and pathology in ventricular diastolic function, and its evaluation, diagnosis and clinical therapy.
