摘 要:目的观察岩豇豆脂肪酸对实验性高脂血症小鼠血脂代谢的影响及对胆固醇吸收的抑制作用。方法给小鼠灌食高脂乳剂,并设空白对照、模型对照、洛伐他汀阳性对照、地奥心血康剂量组和岩豇豆脂肪酸治疗组。分别测定血脂生化指标,检测药物对离体胆固醇微胶粒形成的抑制作用,并在光镜下观察主动脉的病变情况。结果与模型组比较,灌食与腹腔注射岩豇豆脂肪酸均能明显降低血清TC、LDL-C及TC/HDL-C和LDL-C/HDL-C,亦能显著升高HDL-C;高剂量治疗组病理检查可见主动脉AS症状明显减轻;且岩豇豆脂肪酸在一定程度上可抑制肠道中胆固醇微胶粒的形成。结论岩豇豆脂肪酸能治疗实验性高脂血症,抑制胆固醇微胶粒与动脉粥样硬化斑块的形成。Objective To observe the effect of the fatty acids extracted from the herb of Lysionotus paucifloru Maxuim on blood lipid metabolism and the inhibition of cholesterol absorption in experimental hypedipidemia rats. Methods Mice being fed with fat emulsion were randomly divided into several groups, blank control, model, positive control drug and drug control group, to observe that the effects on blood-fat biochemical indicator, the inhibition of cholesterol indexmicrozyme and the lesions of aorta in the rat models. Results Compared with model group, TC, LDL-C, TC/HDL-C and LDL-C/HDL-C were decreased significantly and HDL-C were significantly increased by given different dose of the fatty acids in experimental hyperlipidemia rats; high-dose group could relieve the symptom of AS. Besides, the fatty acids could inhibit the formation of cholesterol indexmicrozyme in the intestinal tract to some extent. Conclusion The fatty acids extracted from the herb of Lysionotus paucifloru Maxuim can heal experimental hyperlipidemia, inhibit the formation of cholesterol indexmicrozyme and atherosclerotic plaque.
