手部皮肤撕脱伤治疗探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨手部皮肤严重撕脱伤的外科治疗。方法9例手部皮肤撕脱伤,分别采用术式一、术式二、术式三3种方案,将剥脱皮肤缝合或回植。结果所有撕脱皮肤全部成活。结论对手部严重皮肤撕脱伤,根据损伤程度和被撕脱皮肤完整与否可采取不同手术方案处理,但无论采取何种方法,都应遵守有利于创面覆盖,伤口愈合功能恢复的原则。Objective To investigate the treatment methods of avulsion injury of hand skin. Methods The methods of 1,2 and 3 was used for avulsion injury of hand skin （9 cases） to repair injury of hand skin. Results The avulsion injury of hand skin （9 cases） were all survival. Conclusion The different methods of 1,2 and 3 was used for avulsion injury of hand skin（9 cases） to repair injury of hand skin for the degree of reversed avulsion injury of hand skin.
